Recent update broke what was working
The app was decent enough earlier. With the recent update it crashes when you try transfer funds. It crashes when the smart pass window appears. Why don’t you test properly before updating.

Flashy without substance
The App is quite flashy but quite rudimentary from a user experience perspective. Multiple clicks for each transaction, having to navigate through multiple screens to find the right option, not to mention the extremely intrusive advertisements. Why would I want an additional credit card when I already have 2 of them?!!
The functionality leaves a lot to be desired. Why can smartpass be registered only on one device? Why do I need to wait for 24 hours after creating a beneficiary?? ( this was the norm in 2000. It is quite laughable now).

Smart pass
With this new implementation it allows me to do transactions only through my mobile app. If I try the website version of yours it asks me to go and activate the smart pass from my mobile .. when I go to my mobile to do this it automatically logs me out of the website version saying you are logged in through another device now... this is really frustrating and is making things very difficult with the excuse of security feature... now there is security but with lot of difficulty and little ease of doing things in this busy world...😡
