Worst banking app to use
I will never recommend this app to anyone. It is the most worse app I have ever used.
I have an account with them and I used to transfer an amount of 52 dollars but today is the 14 or 15 day it’s still not done.
I have contacted the Mashreq bank several time but nothing has been done on regards to this. They just say that somebody will call you in 24 hours but nobody does.
So never trust the Mashreq bank because they will put the money on hold and will not do anything about.
I feel so so embarrassed that the money that I had to send to a person is still not done and I feel so so bad because the product has been delivered but because of the worse service from Mashreq bank it’s still not done

Quite a good app
I find this app very useful and I use it for most of the time rather than using the website. Doesn’t have any problems or issues.
Except some bill payments after you enter the details it asks you to login and the details of the payment are lost.
