Mactify should now work smoother on slower networks and avoids sending duplicate requests. We also moved the fallback API to its own setting, which should reduce rate limiting. In this update are other bug fixes and improvements. Happy listening!

In this version, we've added many new features and made many improvements! In our new Settings window, you can now tell Mactify to launch on login, setup debug logs, and manage your Spotify connection! We now also indicate when you're disconnected from the network, and reduce our communication with Spotify in that case. We made the playlists feature a lot faster, and made the volume slider and repeat button smoother to use! We also cleaned up redundant buttons. Happy listening!

We added support for podcasts playing through Spotify! You can use the media keys to skip forward and backward by 15 seconds.

We fixed an issue where clicking the Now Playing item from Control Center would cause the Mactify dock icon to be shown until you quit the app. Thank you for using Mactify, and happy listening!

When you pause your music, Spotify stops telling us what you were playing which caused us to show No active playback. We fixed this, and now we'll show you what you were last listening to (but make it clearer when we can't resume it). We also fixed a bug where you could change the playback device to the currently playing device, causing a small stutter. Thank you for using Mactify!
