Urgent update needed

I want you to know this app is really good and helpful so far……but if you really want to replace a very efficient app like google map, than you need to add directions for govt tourism buses ( like DTC Buses) and metro directions. For people who travel in government transport. And also provide in-depth information like in what timing the next bus is coming in the near by bus station or what amount will be charged in tour metro directions etc. I know I’m expecting a-lot, but take your time but please update with these necessary changes, it will be really helpful, and it may help you replace google map. So far the application is so good already.

Once you use this, you cannot go back to google maps

I started using Mappls 3 months ago and the best part is its integration with apple carplay. I got so used to seeing the junction views with such clarity that when I had to drive with google maps I missed multiple junctions! This app even shows the door numbers with great accuracy. The speed breaker alerts and traffic camera alerts are a blessing. I felt the AQI feature was over crowding the screen and might be redundant. But once you get used to the advanced features that Mappls provides, there is definitely no going back to the basic google maps anymore. I used to use google maps to doubt check initially but now I have uninstalled google maps!

Few things that can be improved:
- more accurate eta (I usually reach 15 min later than the predicted time during rush hours)
- public transport routes

EXTREMELY BAD APP EXPERIENCE! Paid 8000 for MayMyIndia device but I keep getting logged out!

I bought the map my India car tracking device. The device works fine, and it seems like the device sends updates on regular basis. However the app experience is extremely poor. Every time I have to check the status of the car, the app logs me out and then forces me to reset the password. It’s been 2 days since I have been using the app, and I have already reset the password 3 times! moreover the process for resetting the password takes at least 5 to 6 different attempts, The OTP which I get on the phone does not work, and to top it all my account gets blocked for 30 minutes every time due to multiple wrong attempts!!! it seems like the app was made by kids, and has not been tested or debugged to deliver a consumer grade experience.. it’s unethical to charge so much money for a device when you don’t even have the product ready!! How can I get my refund?
