Please try to redesign the app to guarantee the booking once we select time slot. Sadly, after selecting time slot and filling details, it’s indicating to go back and select another slot as the tickets not available. There were more than 1000 available when selected, but when proceed to pay, it’s indicating no more tickets available! Is this online booking is only for the brokers with advanced prefilled software? Is ordinary devotees aren’t allowed to book online? Any way luckily I got tickets with great difficulty on a day not preferred by me.Kindly make this app helpful to the genuine devotees, not the brokers.

Firstly, it keeps you waiting for 5 mins or more. And, then it says try another slot everytime you try, even though you can see hundreds of tickets avaialble in that slot. The worst thing is that since this is app, you have to type in all the required details manullay, everytime. If you get lucky somehow then you go to the payment page. But then when you try payment it always says "something went wrong". And, when you try another payment, it says previous transaction is in-progress. If you still have the patience not to give up by now and try to go back and try booking the slot again then you go to the first step i.e. wait for another 5 mins or more. And you end up seeing all the slots are booked somehow. Same goes with accomodation. You see lot of slots available, but evertime you try to book by manually filling all the details and try to make payment, it only says try booking another slot. Looks like this app is till living in 1994 instead of 2024.

However, I've noticed the app and website tend to be down quite frequently. It might be beneficial to check the server load or look into any potential technical issues.
