Weligama marrriot
Our stay at Weligama Marriott was a very pleasant experience, with very cordial staff , beautiful rooms, amazing service and outstanding and breathtaking view . The chef Saurabh maheshwari and MANOJ Kumar made our stay even more comfortable by giving us jain food which was absolutely delicious. They made sure anything u desire was served to us n as per out taste. It’s always the Marriott culture which makes the difference n sets it apart from other hotels. They never say no to any request n makes the stay a comfortable n memorable one. We would choose Marriott over any other hotel , thanks to their superb hospitality.
Very bad experience with Sheraton brigade gateway, Bangalore
We stayed for 2 nights from 04th feb. During the checkin they asked me to pay some additional money for any extra charges if incurred . I agreed to put for the same , which is roughly 5k INR. Later during the checkout I asked for the balance which I paid extra..hotel staff agreed to return this with 2 to 3 working days and I left the property with my final invoice.. there was no update from their end after a week .. then I started calling the hotel asking for my refund ..I had many calls and every instance they will mention it’s a server issue and you will get the refund in 2 to 3 days.. this keeps on happening and it’s almost 1.5 months and the issue is still not sorted.. very unprofessional behaviour I noticed with their employees… first of a kind experience to me as I stayed in many properties so far . I will keep on fighting until I get my money back .. may be visit the property in person
I have the names for all executives I worked with for this issue.. will think twice before I try with this property or Marriott in general
