Your connection has timed out

From the very moment I installed and opened the app , it shoes “your connection has timed out , please try later” . I close the window and it comes back in 2 seconds again ( in loop ) .

Keeps Logging off

Poorly designed. Despite enabling face ID, app keeps logging off if not in use for sometime and Face ID does not work. You got to feed in user ID and PWD all over again.
