Useless app
Text and background colors are same. So cant see what you type. One needs to turn off dark mode.
Tried multiple times to get id card and claim status but after entering otp, it does not proceed.
When otp is not received, clicking on re-send prompts you to enter otp. You have to enter something.
Feedback
Application is very user friendly and useful. Easily we can see claims status, download e-cards, nearby empanel hospitals for cashless, even we can track claim documents. Really I am enjoying Hawk mobile application. Thanks to MDIndia team.
Unable to see details
While looking into application I am unable to see content, could be because of styling, but this makes the application unusable for IPhone users.
I am using IPhone 13 Pro and wanted to understand if thorough testing happened for this model???
