Cart issue
You guys have an issue on cart button. Whenever I clock on my cart, the app crashes. I am using 12 pro max
Product don’t worth the price
T shirt is too light and stuff feel like made out of poor quality. And to be fair melange team you really have to come out of your comfort zone and check the market and you will be surprised that other competitors are selling better size fit, quality but on the lower prices. Unfortunately it’s really bad of you guys that you was not ready to face the harsh truth of market and therefor did not mentioned the return option in the application. If you think you can make a good living out of selling and provide poor quality stuff and bad service I won’t recommend your brand guy.
Anyways who so ever has read this just wanted to let you know this comment is based on the service and product deliver in New Delhi. And it could be true that if you are not from around here you you may find it good.
Worst service experience ever
They are not professional, bought pack of 4 T-shirt, raise query for size exchange that took almost 15 days, in return I only received 3 T-shirt as they don’t have my selected colour, since long I’m following up for availabile colours list so I can choose from it. They are not responding at all of WhatsApp businesses chat FB messenger emails. Quality of T-shirt is average not bad not good.
