I forgot my phase

I have accounts with your company but my phone is damaged I don’t know what is my phase I need help before I have your old app I don’t have any problems I just keep it was safer I never ever khnolege about phase I never see attention about my phase please help me I have my old password in my mind if possible can I open old app so I can go inside and see my phase please help me thanks lots if you can do it with old app I can’t see any said in new app to go in settings

Transak is a scam.

On 8th May,2021 at 12:01 am I purchased Ether through transak , at 3:04 am of 8th May,2021 they confirmed my payment . They then made a delay of about 22 hours and at 11:11 pm only transferred me less than the half amount of ether I made the purchase of. And the same day itself I filed a complaint in their support blog to which they responded that they will ensure to transfer the right amount , which they didn’t and now they’ve stopped replying to messages. This is the biggest scam and the worst service . I urge everyone to stop using transak and at the same time metamask for being so careless about the service.
I still hope for some actions.
