Mobile App not working

Metropolis healthcare services are excellent with out any doubt. But recent observation with the Mobile App was not comfortable. I booked lab test from App but did not reflect in the bookings. Again booked and paid the amount also. Still booking did not happen. Later understanding from customer care was that Mobile App was having problem. Other observation is that the customer data like addresses, lab reports and booking details were not synchronised with website and mobile app. My request is to synchronise both website and mobile app data and any additions, changes, bookings done in place shall get synchronised with other applications and should give correct information always. Anyways, Metropolis services are excellent and accurate and is preferred always by me and family.Thanks for the WhatsApp service also. Rest everything was fine except for the small inconvenience above.Thank you Metropolis.

Honestly, I’m really impressed with the latest update. It feels like the Metropolis team actually listened to what users wanted. The app is so much easier to use now, and it just makes more sense overall. It’s exactly what I was hoping for, and it’s honestly made the whole experience so much better. However, they could do a lot better with smart reports - but let’s see hoping for improvements.

Disappointed Coustmer.
I have paid and booked for couple of tests and payment was done through UPI (gpay), the payment went through but on the profile there was no record of booking nor time slot which I had chosen was showing.I called the number that was shown on the website, I was asked to get in touch with some other customer care which I refused to do so I know that it will be horror show, with out further due I send email to to their support team however it was another nightmare in making, got a call form their team who again was asking to contact another alternative number.Now I do not want have the test done just to have my money back ASAP.
