I was compelled to download this app and use it to get an appointment for my mother.I have to admit that it is a very simple app to operate.But I wish it had more options, there are limitations.Like I wanted to cancel an appointment for some reason and there is no option available on the app. I had to try calling customer representative, but I was kept on hold. Same story next day too, and thats when I opted to email my request.I received a call back from Mr. Dipesh Pareta, who was very helpful. He immediately took action and I received an email confirmation my cancellation and refund being generated. Later Dipesh called me again to reconfirm the same.I was impressed by Dipesh’s customer service and professionalism.Thank you

Best app for Doctor consultation. I was very worried as my mothers follow up was due and visiting clinic was not safe since she is diabetic then my doctor told me about Healthplix and we booked the appointment for the next day. But we were confused about the registration process so we reached out to the support and Mr Anirudh Helped me booking an appointment and he even called us back to check whether our appointment was completed or if we are facing any problem. It was an excellent experience. Thanks again Anirudh for helping us.

Best app for Doctor consultation.
