I have been using this app for the last 2 months. It’s a wonderful app , particularly in this covid scenario , as we doctors are doing online consultations. In offline consultations also it’s very useful , as our prescriptions got a professional touch. I would have given 5 stars , if the developers have included an option for deleting the patient also.

In offline consultations also it’s very useful , as our prescriptions got a professional touch. I would have given 5 stars , if the developers have included an option for deleting the patient also.

Needs improvement in Mobile app and the rheumatology segment ; ease of retrieving pt data

Though the customer support team is good at the back end the software team needs to be informed that the mobile app is not flawless. 1. Every time I have to delete the app and reload it in my apple 16 device to access for any pt in the mobile.2. It’s difficult to retrieve a pt based on diagnosis as we are dealing with chronic pts and if we want to compare the clinical data of two set of pts it is next to impossible unless u do remember the pt name or id. 3. For any complex procedure ; we need to call the customer care service like adding a test in lab test to be done be the pt is different from what lab test to be entered once the reports are ready. Why two different sets!!!4. In the chief complaint section; it’s difficult to edit a sentence after a word limit of 10 eg u can check mine prescription 5. In the rheumatology segment ; the joint marking is still of 10 joints but with ages we have moved on to 72 which I have shared twice with the technical team 6 months back. As I understand you are one of the EMR offering the rheumatology service which prompted me to take it but if u don’t work on it what’s the point Finally I wish that it’s ease to use for doctors seeing chronic pts and ease of retrieving the data both in mobile as well as laptop otherwise plz excuse me for putting up harsh facts about the software

Then I faced login issues, so after 2-3 days they asked for different email id to activate account. I created new mail and activated my account. Then again issues with my profiles.Then team says we will update previous email id in1-2 days, but stalling continues daily and then if you ask to cancel your subscription they say hooray you are out of refund deadline.Embarassement continues in front of patients.Finally patient pays for online appointment but money goes to healthplix and not to my account even after wait of 3 working days. New reason they provide that account not linked. Can you guys imagine how smartly they are fooling innocent doctors of their hard earned money. On top of that they asked me to wait for 10 minutes to solve the issue, then they don't even pick my call for support.

It is great app, and using it on bigger mobile screen will make it even greater.. developers should try to make it available for ipads as looking at smaller screen of our mobile disturb many patients.
