Poor support from vendor
Hi Team,
App use to work fantastic earlier but since July while trying to login into app it is asking for server url hence, unable to login. Due to lack of poor support users are suffering for an issue which can be resolved effortlessly. Please make some tutorials or user guides for better service and experience.
I was able to resolve the issue after multiple hit and trial attempts.
Pathetic, literally pathetic.
I have been using other company’s tracking device for my 5 other trucks (WheelsEye and Blackbuck), 2 cars (MapMyIndia) and believe me none of them ever give me issues like this one is giving from the start(today).
Installation happened after 8 days pf payment, truck had to go to the shop while other companies came to install where truck was parked(home). I paid for 2 years, it is showing 1 year. There is no support from any team, no one picks the calls. People(VK cyber cafe, Anjanpirh, hajipur, vaishali, bihar) who installed it made promises and still doing the same, only promises, no fixes. My truck has covered a distance of more than 120 KMs and it is still showing no data. Expiry date is of 2025 March however I paid for it till 2026. Just don’t get their services if you value your money or else go for it if you want to waste your money on their promises.
Less sounds notifications in iphone
When car starts or stops the sound notifications volume is very low in iPhone 13
Even though alarm . Please solve it
