Iphone app not working properly
In iPhone app working only in wifi not to work mobile data
Pathetic, literally pathetic.
I have been using other company’s tracking device for my 5 other trucks (WheelsEye and Blackbuck), 2 cars (MapMyIndia) and believe me none of them ever give me issues like this one is giving from the start(today).
Installation happened after 8 days pf payment, truck had to go to the shop while other companies came to install where truck was parked(home). I paid for 2 years, it is showing 1 year. There is no support from any team, no one picks the calls. People(VK cyber cafe, Anjanpirh, hajipur, vaishali, bihar) who installed it made promises and still doing the same, only promises, no fixes. My truck has covered a distance of more than 120 KMs and it is still showing no data. Expiry date is of 2025 March however I paid for it till 2026. Just don’t get their services if you value your money or else go for it if you want to waste your money on their promises.
Customer care never attend the call for helping out
This is useless app if someone have problems customer care doesn’t pick up the calls they are only making money from this gps system they don’t care about problems of customers just making money from this product and i made biggest mistake of my life to choose this gps and if you read it try to help me out my gps system is not working or take out your gps system out my car
