a different approach to mental health and a great one at that!
mitsu’s approach is unique and different. you take up lessons which help you get better equipped at dealing and managing your emotions and mental health.
in addition to some great lessons, the chat feature with the therapist is of great help.
vidula is available consistently and is a very compassionate and smart therapist.
the entire team of mitsu is extremely helpful, from the founder to the support staff, specially sidra.
