MVB Wireline application is the Mobile version of Web Self Care portal for fixed line Enterprise Customers. The users will be able to log in with their existing credentials of Web Self Care Portal and can view circuit details, Trouble Ticket details, Update Customer Profile and View Escalation Matrix. Major advantage for the end user is that they can create a Trouble Ticket through mobile app for faster resolution and can check ticket status till closure. Customers can view 7 days Trouble Ticket history in Mobile App (7 day span) irrespective of the start date selection. Customers can provide feedback and rate the app from the app itself.
