My BAFL is a quick, easy and convenient to use instant self-service App on the move. The app offers a wide range of Self Services which reduces customers need to visit our branch or to wait and speak to company executive/representative for information.

My Loan Details
It enables existing customers to access all their loan account related information like Loan Accounts summary, customer personal details, Vehicle and registration details, statements of accounts and Repayment Schedule with download option.

Download receipt date option is not working

Download receipts date option is hidden please fix a bug

Token Not Found

App is showing token not found on every page. Even I logout and tried to login again but its still showing token not found. I think developer forgot to return the token 😂😂. Please fix yaar. I can understand these bugs often happen in softwares but its live app and you have a really big name in market so provide the quality as per your standard

Problem in logging in

Problem in signing up. System errors in feeding the data to log in.(problem in feeding the date of birth). And also otp logging in service is pathetic . It’s takes too much time . And after typing the otp error comes again and again . Kindly update the app and fix the bugs and troubleshootings.
