Rest all ok i have made few complaints fr the firt time thy come n inspect the problem n says vll come back wth the products which need to b fixed and they never came
Horrible Experience
Everything is a show from Lodha Group, once you buy anything, you’re trapped and the experience from Great Sales to absolute Torture of an After Sales Services makes me regret ever dealing with them.
Pathetic is the word, even so called platinum customer service desk would not bother to work on the issues, and close cs ticket.
Would not be dealing with them ever again.
