My SafetiPin is a Personal Safety app that help you to take safer decisions, based on the safety score of an area. Get alerts when you are in an unsafe location. As long as the app is running in the background, it checks if you have entered an unsafe location. You will receive an alert and can choose to invite friends or family to track you.

Find the safest route. With this Women Safety app, you can view alternate routes from one place to another, and select the safest route. It will then transfer control to Google maps so you can reach your destination safely.

Planning to go out for the evening? Check how safe a neighbourhood is, by touching the place on the map. You will see the safety score, for that area. You can see why it is safe or unsafe as well.

Changing your home? Visiting a new city? My SafetiPin will help you make the right choice from women safety perspective.

Do let us know how safe you feel. Safetipin calculates the safety score of a place based on 9 parameters, and your contribution allows us to continuously update our algorithm to reflect how people feel in a place.
SafetiPin collects primary data on Women Safety in public spaces at night, on a number of parameters.

• Lighting
• Visibility. Are there ‘eyes on the street’. Can others see you
• Diversity. Presence of women and children around
• Crowd. How densely crowded is the area
• Public Transport. How close it is
• Walk Path. Is there a proper place to walk
• Security. Are police or private security nearby
• Openness. Can you see all around
• Feeling. How safe do you feel

My SafetiPin uses your GPS locator to give you safety information about your location. And uses GPS tracking to connect you with friends and family when you feel unsafe. It can also serve as a family locator.
If you are in a place with low data availability and are interested in using My SafetiPin, do let us know. We will get back to you when we have data about your city.

Note : My Safetipin uses GPS in the background to provide safety information. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

A must in every phone

It makes it very easy for users to review the safety score of their destined paths along with relevant reviews from other users. The ‘do a safety audit’ function helps in understanding different parameters one should always look out for while stepping out. The best part is that it allows users to provide real-time feedback under heads like ‘feeling’ and ‘attach picture’ which ensures that reviews provided are legitimate. It has other extremely useful features like ‘stay with me’ and determines safest routes between any origin and destination!

Useful App

Handy and user-friendly app, strongly recommend to use it and a must to have app in everyone's phone. It provides info on nearby public facilities and directions and we can also share our audit report on a specific street or locality regarding the prevailing conditions. Very useful app for women and child to know before hand about the safety of the place of visit.

Super easy, super useful

Such a seamless app, super easy to use for anyone! Love that this concept has finally come up - one can now step out and find routes suitable to their liking(as per the safety score).
The safety audits are also very easy to do. My Safetipin has now become my to-go maps app!
