Some mishap and the bulbs are connecting again
My Smitch bulbs were working totally fine. I connected them to Alexa and now I cannot control them with Smitch app and then I cannot re-connect them after reset. The bulb resets to the previous set color and brightness when it was connected, but functions as any other normal bulb and then doesn’t connects to the app.
Frustrating experience
Smart bulb suddenly disconnected and went to pairing mode , it happened many times but now i can't connect it back, reinstalled the software and my now my id and password not working , requested to reset the password now it says can't reset password right now try again later , i should just smash the bulb instead after all this. Don't even deserve one star
