Oakter 4+

I am using 2 OAKTER Smart Remotes for over 10 months. When I bought the first one, I had a bit of difficulty in configuring the same with Dish TV. With the help of the service team, this was resolved. I bought the second Smart Remote for controlling my LG Airconditioner which is working fine. Both the earlier Remotes had a slight drawback as the remote has to be in the same line of sight.. for the remotes to work properly. I recently bought the 3rd improved smart Remote which has addressed the issue of the line of sight and better performance. I had difficulties in initial setting up as I felt the OAKTER remote was defective and with excellent support of customer service Executive Mr. Himanshu Bhandari, got the replacement and later got guidance by Mr. Abhishek Yadav, who remotely took control of my system from their office and configured my Home Theatre. I am currently using Oakter Smart Remote for Dish TV, Air Cooler, Air Conditioner and Home Theatre. I must say I am very pleased with Oakter Remote and the Technical assistance I got from the customer Support Team. Thank you Team Oakter!!

I have purchased Oakter remote and am extremely satisfied with how it has bought my all products to life by making them smart and accessible via my phone.

One small addition which could truly make it absolutely smart is adding functionality of timer to switch on and switch off for devices like air conditioners and other devices would be ideal for a lot of applications. If you could please check on the same.

I have been using oakter products for almost 4 months. I have 5x25Amp Smart Boxes and one quarda box installed. Working seamlessly except few glitches.

Product: quality of the products is good, priced slightly on expensive side but if the products last long, totally worth. Installation was done extremely professionally

Response: Oakter service and sales team is very responsive, always available on whatsapp to solve any quires.

App: App is simple and user friendly. However there must be more functionality provided to users like alert for hub malfunction/ disconnected or wifi issues. Also it would be helpful to explain the importance of various components: hub, smart box and wifi to the users and impact of their failures. There is a lag(not always but mostly) where the app will not show the actual status of the device and will take some time to reflect it.

Updates: instead of one comprehensive update there are freequent updates to fix the issues one by one. Everytime the app is updated it logs out the user and requires to log in everytime. One update caused failure of the timer function and the next update shut down the app while checking history.

Overall I would recommend Oakter for effective automation of any house hold.
