Consumers can view and update their mobile numbers and GMC holding number through this app.


Prepaid Meter Recharge:

Consumers having prepaid meters can recharge their accounts through this app. They can also view their voucher codes by using the app.
Consumers having smart prepaid meters can recharge their meters through this app. They can also check their prepaid balance as well as monthly statements using this app.

Could not add another consumer in an iPhone.

While trying add another consumer, the screen swipes several times automatically and ends up in a screen where it takes no input.

Typical Govt. app

Hi. I have recently made a payment via this app for my prepaid connection. The payment is not reflecting. Moreover I am not being able to register my complaint as the complaint doc always shows empty. I am unable to call customer care as the call gets redirected to bangalore electricity board which is more funny. The thing is if I am facing any issue using this app where do I get a resolution? Do I need to tweet in twitter or forget about my money which is deducted. I can understand if bill has not been processed but not being able to call or complaint makes this app even more usless. What is the use of having this app if it creates more hassle then a solution ?

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Regarding your issue, sometimes it does take a couple of minutes for your transaction to confirm and it might not reflect in your app at once after making the payment . You can keep checking by refreshing the page . Regarding complaints , there was a temporary issue which has been resolved . You can raise complaints through this app. The call redirection is something which should not happen and we will look into the issue.

Need drastic improvement

My mobile number was already updated on APDC website. However I am only allowed to log in with my old mobile number only, which is presently not available itself. This is like so much of pain. You can not edit anything once successfully logged in, neither email ID , nor mobile, but just the photo which is useless. Need drastic improvement. I can’t believe we are post 21st century, with this kind of app developers. Pathetic!!!

Thank you for your valuable feedback. Regarding your issue, there is an option to change your registered mobile number and email id. The link is provided in the main dashboard as well as the side app drawer. Please revert back if you face any difficulty in changing your number.
