MyDTDC: Book | Send | Track 4+

I’ve been using the DTDC app for a year now and have generally been very happy with it. Recently, however, some of the app’s functionalities have degraded - the biggest one being the saved address book. The app no longer shows you the name of the sender / receiver in the saved addresses and only shows the address. This is a huge problem for me as i send documents to different people in my office and also send couriers on my behalf and my family members. The edit function on the address book is not functioning either. Please fix this.

I recently had an exceptional experience with DTDC, and I feel compelled to share it to counter the fake negative reviews I’ve come across. I entrusted them with the delivery of my MacBook Pro Max, a high-value item worth nearly ₹5–6 lakhs. Naturally, I was nervous about its safe delivery, especially with all the stories about scammers and lost packages.

To my surprise and delight, DTDC delivered it within a day! The package was handled with utmost care, and I was relieved to receive it in perfect condition. Their service exceeded my expectations, and their efficiency and professionalism left me thoroughly impressed.

It’s clear to me that many of the negative reviews circulating online are fake, likely posted by bots or competitors trying to tarnish DTDC’s reputation. My personal experience proves otherwise—they are reliable, trustworthy, and efficient. I wholeheartedly recommend DTDC to anyone in need of dependable courier services. Thank you, DTDC, for helping me through this anxious situation and earning my trust.

If you are someone who runs a small business please don’t use this app as your delivery partner!!
And this app is more horrible.
They don’t even provide any estimated date for us to know when our package can be delivered to us.
And the number they provide for customer service is a complete joke .
It’s computer generated and I had placed a call at around 5pm and the response was please call between 7am -9pm during working hrs and abruptly hanged up the call.
Is this a joke y’all playing?
Later on I decided to mail their provided customer service and let me tell y’all u will never receive a response. They will literally ghost you better than ur crushes.
I literally had to contact the seller to address this issue and that’s when I received a mail from dtdc.
And omg they will take yrs to deliver your package. I bet you won’t even receive it until u contact the SELLER! not this dtdc coz they literally don’t do anything except for giving u frustration,delay in ur orders, a customer service which doesn’t offer any service.
I received my order 10 days later that too after complaining to the seller.
And by also seeing the other reviews I can understand what they have had went through.
And if u are reading this as someone who is a small business owner or someone whose parcel is going to be delivered by dtdc, please seek help!
Honestly won’t even rate it a 1 star 0 is better.
Use other delivery partner guys this one is utterly horrible.
