MyDTDC: Book | Send | Track 4+

I’ve been using the DTDC app for a year now and have generally been very happy with it. Recently, however, some of the app’s functionalities have degraded - the biggest one being the saved address book. The app no longer shows you the name of the sender / receiver in the saved addresses and only shows the address. This is a huge problem for me as i send documents to different people in my office and also send couriers on my behalf and my family members. The edit function on the address book is not functioning either. Please fix this.

I am thoroughly disappointed with the international document courier service provided by DTDC. I opted for this service based on its reputation, but I deeply regret my decision now. The tracking feature, which is crucial for such shipments, is utterly non-functional. Despite booking an international document courier, the tracking section shows absolutely no information.

Adding to my frustration, the customer care service is of no help whatsoever. Attempting to connect with them is an exercise in futility, as their support seems to be nonexistent. This lack of communication and assistance is incredibly frustrating, leaving me completely in the dark about the status of my parcel.

What's even more disappointing is that I had chosen a higher-priced courier option in the hopes of receiving faster service. However, the reality is quite the opposite. The service provided by DTDC has proven to be useless and hopeless. I have no idea when my parcel will reach its destination, and this uncertainty has caused a significant inconvenience.

In conclusion, if you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I suggest exploring other courier options that prioritize professionalism, functionality, and customer support. DTDC's service has been a major letdown, and I will certainly not be using them again in the future.
