We currently don’t offer packaging services. We request you to keep your shipment packed and ready for pickup. We recommend using packaging materials suitable for your shipment to avoid any damage. Please write the AWB number generated on your order confirmation screen on the package.

Q. Would I need to print the shipment label?
No, you don't need to print and paste the shipment label. Our field executive will carry a pre-barcoded flyer for your shipment.

Shipment Lost, Very Rude Behaviour, Very Careless with shipment products

I didn’t know this company would mislead to an extent when it came to deliver my bags first they charged me 4 times the item’s weight charges and then delivered only three and all those three shipments were delivered to me in 2-3 months gap and at the end one of my cartoon had been lost i tried calling every executive but everyone talked too low with me there were multiple people involved but none helped me out of it, kept on giving me contact information of one another person and they kept stalling and at the end when tried to connect the one manager in Bangalore where the lost items are collected he talked very rudely with me and everytime I asked about my shipment he insulted me and would hung up my call his name is Prakash in Bangalore office and the other three were at Chennai office.

It’s such a shame that a company runs with this level of ethics where the executives only know how to loot the consumer and only charge them premium amounts and then never deliver their items and mark the shipment as lost and when inquired further for assistance the executives insult the consumer. Such cheap people full of cheap tactics playing and fooling around the world and still getting paid for fraud .

Late Delivery, No support, Worst service

I wish I would have seen the reviews posted here before sending almost 100kg of my stuff while shifting from one city to another. And these are not even smaller cities. The places involved are major areas of major metropolitan cities of the country. I’m still waiting for my things in this new city. On top of it, they do not even have a very good support system. When I called on the number provided on the website, it says that there are no orders associated with this (my) number, and this is the only number that I have. They do not even provide numbers of the delivery partners, like other services so that we can know the exact time. Now I can’t even leave my house because I’m worried what if the shipment arrives at the exact time that I leave. Using this service for the 1st and last time. If there would be an option to give less than 1 star, I would do that. If anyone is reading this comment please don’t use this service. It’s not even cheaper or anything. It’s almost the same cost as DTDC, Bluedart, etc. And there your things also remain safe and arrive on time. Now I don’t even know what to do in this new city without 90 percent of my things that is still with these Delhivery people.

I wish i could give a minus star

These guys are terrible beyond repair, and i am saying so because they are totally irresponsible, unstructured, unprofessional and have no ethics at all. I am waiting for a critical document from 20 days now. The first consignment was marked as ‘Delivered’ without delivering to me or my neighbors. When i checled with apartment security - i learned that not a single delivery boy from ‘Delhivery’ had actually come that entire day. And they had audacity to mark the items as delivered. The customer care is of no use, they keep pushing the resolution to next 48 hours - the whole escalation thing is a mess.

I requested the sender to send the documents again - thinking - they might have misplaced it the first time. Again - to my surprise even the second consignment is now marked as Delivered while i was @ home all day. Again there is no ‘Delhivery’ entry in the apartment record books. These guys are absolutely horrendous as they simply mark items falsely as ‘ Delivered’ to adhere to some internal timelines maybe. However, they are not even makin an effort to even deliver anything … horrible. If you want to send anything safely kindly opt for others - these guys are totally waste.
