Old Review*: App auto logs out and we need to sign in again and again every time we restart the app or open it after some time. It’s very annoying. Functionality wise, the app can add some remote features like remote locking, start stop and ac function. The notifications page also need an update, it gives all the useless notifications and you should open each notification if you want to clear them. It is better to have a single button to clear all the notifications. Updated Review*: The log out problem is still present, although it is better than before. If it used to log out 1 in 2 times of opening the app, now it is logging out 1 in 5 times. Also, there isn’t any change or update regarding the functionality of the app like change in UI or added features. I accept that those aren’t necessary but the log out feature has to be resolved. I am also not getting otp from a few days if I am trying to login. I hope the team resolves these issues asap as the app has been out for several months. Also, for an EV, this app os vital as it show’s important info like charging and battery life.

It would have been great if the notifications comes as a pop up with notification sound.

The Citroën app is absolutely terrible. It doesn’t send any notifications, like whether your car has started, how much fuel is left—nothing. I don’t get any notifications on my phone, even after updating the app multiple times. For instance, my car has been parked outside my house since morning, but the app shows it as “continuously running.” It’s adding kilometers and increasing the average fuel consumption, claiming that my car is using fuel. According to the app, my fuel tank should be empty by now, even though my car has been standing idle in front of my house all day. It’s such a useless app—no notifications, no alerts—nothing. It even shows alerts without any actual reason, as if my stationary car is running. Absolutely ridiculous!

Different in the cluster and in the app. It seems the readings for the available fuel, DTE, Odometer is stuck and not changing any further. For example actual odometer reading in the car is 4009 and in the app it’s 3958. Sometimes the app takes a day to update/add a trip. The fuel economy shown in the app and in the cluster is also different never matches. For example the trip meter shows 11.9 fuel economy for the trip while app shows 11.2. Location tracking is also stuck, does show the proper location if the car is moving.
