myLinkedcare provides the citizens to upload all their medical records, past and present, in the cloud. This includes prescriptions, diagnostic reports, lifestyle records, vaccination records and other medical events in the past. This platform allows the citizen to book appointments, with the doctors of their choice, online. The citizen / patient has control over whether the consulting doctor can see their individual records or not.
The patient can consult doctors remotely through Video Conferencing. This software platform also
integrates with selective wearables that provide health data. This feature allows for analyzing health trends, especially managing of long term and chronic diseases, like diabetes, IBS, heart ailments etc. The personal health data, stored in the system, is protected from access by others. The access is possible only through due authorisation by the respective patient.
