No Refund No Response - Pathetic Experience
It’s a very unprofessional way the company deals with the returned order wherein I haven’t received refund for the part items even after 10 days the items reaching their warehouse! I have ensured to report the same to the customer services email and there’s no update yet towards resolution apart from the standard reply apologising for the delay! I strongly don’t recommend to shop online or offline as there is no proper support after sales and we have to fall behind begging for the money paid in return for the returned order! Numerous email and telephone calls and nothing positively has happened so far except for the stress which have increased at customers end!!
My reward points just vanished
I was shopping through this app and was about to checkout my order, had some cash back points. I redeemed them using otp. Till this point final payment was not done but points had been added to the bill. Then by mistake i clicked the product and moved away from checkout page. After that when i returned back to checkout page the points had vanished I couldn’t add them back to the final bill before payment. Please improve your interface, your glitch has caused me to loose 55 points.
