Neptune Smart EMS app works on the same principal. The Neptune Smart EMS app is a smart energy management system that provides an interactive interface for the user to easily access the information about the user's electricity meter's electric consumption.
This app allows users to access important information about their power metres, such as the current load, credit remaining, the date and time of the last recharge, the current or previous month's electricity bill, section load, and per-unit loads.
Along with this users can also recharge their electricity bills online. User can also change email and phone number and view their personal profile, which includes their name, email, phone number, address, and metre number.

App not functioning properly never get notification and while do payment too much issues 0 rating for such app and service provider too
Notification not coming and Real time Stat update issue
Why notification is grey out and not able to set notification for source change, low balance and all and the major issue is the app is not showing up to date readings . It should be work in a Real time basis so that app can show real time basis data like meter reading numbers , todays bill, DH on/off status and all.
