This app allows for adding and managing prepaid connection (Gas meters and Electricity meters). Its features are mentioned below:
a. Login - It allows login using an existing connection number (as provided by your utility/supplier/electricity board) and registered mobile number.
b. Recharge - It allows recharge of your prepaid meters using a credit card, debit card, and internet banking.
c. Reading - It allows to read instantaneous parameters of the meter.

Pathetic app Frustrating Experience
This poorly developed application constantly prompts users to download a new version before use, yet no matter how many times you try to update it, the App Store insists the app is up to date. I have to delete and redownload every time to use this app.
If the developers can't even ensure a smooth update process, how can users trust the app to perform its intended functions reliably.
Not working on IOS devices
Was working as expected till about a week ago. Then stopped logging in. The OTP comes and gets verified but app doesn’t go to home page and unable to recharge or check status. Tried installing in multiple IOS devices going all the way back to device running IOS 12.4.8 !! Current device working on IOS 16.6 !!
Not able to make transactions for recharge
Updated to new version which required reinstallation, after this I am able to login but when tried to do a transaction for recharge the app got stuck on a single page where it says “Getting Parameter(s). Please Wait ... “
And then nothing comes up.. pls look into and test the app before release. Transaction issue can lead your app removal from App Store..
