Bihar Sugam Smart Meter is a smart app for pre-paid meter consumers. It allows you to track your electricity consumption in real-time as well as know how much balance is remaining in your meters. This new app lets you recharge your meter from home or on the go using the preferred payment method. The main features of the app include the following:
1. Provides alerts for low or no balance
2. Predicts the number of days left before your balance will run out
3. Displays your daily, weekly and monthly energy usage and cost (Please verify)
4. Enables managing multiple connections through a single user account
5. Allows you to recharge the meter in simple and easy steps
6. Provides an alert if the load is high
7. Enables you to raise a request or complaint
8. Allows you to check your purchase history

Worst app
Is a very worst app while using this crashing several times and it is taking too much time to synchronise with the smart meter so I don’t like this app Developer pls improve the performance of this app which should work on iPhone as well.
Once we connected with smart meter then upon click of next button to see more details then the app is crashing and lot loading the data.
So I request you please check throughly after fixing the bug

This app is worst than any other app on app store I have ever seen. Whenever I try to open it, it shows the display message that server is not responding please try after sometime. I think even the developers of this app is quite irresponsible, useless & careless. Because he doesn't care what peoples are facing. They even don't fixing these bugs since last one years. Chutiye hain saale sab. Koi matlab hi nahi hai.
