The concept is brilliant, the coffee is good but the fundamentals are wrong in so many ways. First of all, there is no way i can use this coffee machine without the app after spending 6.5 grands. Secondly, the app is not working. "CANNOT DOWNLOAD LOCAL CONFIGURATION". What is that supposed to mean. Its been more than 10 days I'm receiving the same error in both my iPhone and Note 10 plus phones. I'm not able to make any sort of coffee and the machine is lying like an inanimate object in my closet. I think Nescafe should come and better explain why they didn't even bother to work on the very basic DNA of this concept at all. If this is not getting resolved within one week, Nescafe will be in the consumer forum of India.

I see a large number is reviews complaining about the app. The same does not seem to have been addressed.

On iOS, the app repeatedly crashes and shuts down without any error message. One has to repeatedly delete and re-install the app.

A machine that doesn’t work without an app- what use it would be. Nescafé, please tighten your belts, and provide value to the consumer for which you have charged them.

The app isn’t that user friendly for creating custom recipes. For example I cannot select any coffee mix other than NESCAFÉ Classic, I shoud be able to add any ingredients to my recipe but the app only allows to add from a limited selection, I cannot add a custom picture to my recipe. Also it keeps on logging me out if I create an account using Facebook and also I cannot change my profile picture that way. I cannot even play the game when the coffee is being prepared because I disabled it once and now I cannot find how to enable it again.
