NETPLUS BROADBAND 4+

I have been using netplus since 2 years and my all payments were on time as it was a prepaid connection. Last week my payment was not received by them and they disconnected my internet and did not restored it for 3 days. My work is totally dependent on internet so I shift to airtel. Now after 5 days they are saying that your bill is now paid and you can use the internet now. But I want my refund now. They are saying me to wait for 45-60 days for same. I want you guys to tell these things to customers on day 1 of getting the connection that you are going to harass the customers in the end. Thankyou for your customer support.

I pay the amount 3535 for 6 months and i got only 50mbps whereas you show that the speed you give is 150mbps i call costumer care they say you recharge your broadband and we can not do anything when you take new recharge call us and we upgrade your plan today i call to costumer care and they say recharge your plan and we upgrade your plan but after recharge they say the speed increase after 1 month please fix this.

Netplus is the worst internet service provider they don’t know how to talk with customers. Customer service after repeated calls only submit complaints which are anyhow closed within few hours without any solution.

I couldn’t understand what purpose this app serves anything u try to do it crashes.

From last 5 months they haven’t even provided login details of OTT apps with my plan even after repeated complaints.
