NexCura is a consumer wellness app that integrates with our wellness smart ring (a consumer grade wellness ring, not a medical hardware device) to display basic wellness trends that helps you understand your health and wellness better.
Nx Ring is not a medical device and it does not provide clinical analysis, diagnosis, health risk predictions, disease management, or personalized recommendations. The data we get from our consumer wellness ring is used to show basic daily/weekly/monthly trends on step count, sleep and stress.
Displayed Scores:
Sleep Score, Stress Score, and Longevity Wellness Score are for wellness tracking purposes only. They do not replace medical advice, predict or analyze or interpret clinical conditions or illness, or provide personalized recommendations based on the scores.
Fitness Trends:
The app displays basic daily, weekly, and monthly trends from your consumer wellness ring data; including step count, sleep duration and stress patterns, presented as simple line charts and bar comparisons (e.g., "today vs. yesterday steps"). These visualizations help track personal fitness patterns over time with no analysis, clinical interpretation, health predictions, or personalised recommendations provided.
Calorie Tracking:
Log daily meals to track calorie intake, macronutrients (protein/carbs/fats), and compare against your calorie goals. Simple progress bars that show if nutritional targets are met, not intended to identify nutritional deficiencies or replace professional dietary advice or provide personalized diet recommendations.
Habit Tracking:
Simple daily logging for nutrient intake, alcohol consumption, tobacco use, water hydration, exercise frequency, and other lifestyle factors and receive biweekly summaries.
All logged data serves as a personal journal to track and improve daily habits. There will be no analysis, risk assessment, or personalised recommendations provided based upon these logs.
