Install the New India Customer insurance mobile app and enjoy the convenience of buying and renewing your policies from your smart phone. You can start using this application by having your Renewal Quote Number and Customer ID ready. You will receive Renewal Quote Number through an SMS if your mobile number is registered with us. You can find your Customer ID in your existing policy document. Alternatively, you can also use your Policy Number and Customer ID to renew your policy.

3. Download – Download policy document and payment receipt.
4. Payment Modes – Premium can be paid by Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card.
5. Manage Policies – Customer can link their insurance policies and view the policy status.
6. Manage Quotes – Customer can retrieve quote of its already entered data for further completion
7. Customer can search the NIA Branch and Network Hospitals.
8. Customer can register and connect with NIA support desk
