Ratings and Reviews
Missing search option
We have nearly 100+ policies linked to our id for vehicles. However, your app does not have the option to search, and we need to scroll down the entire portfolio every time. Why didn’t you give the option to search by vehicle number so that the app would be more user-friendly?
Claim goes on and off
The claim I placed in the app disappears and appears automatically. The claim form download link does not download anything just gives message that the download is successful. The claim process is taking ages. I have placed the claim on 3rd of August 2023- and after various back and forth of email I called my surveyor today just to hear your last email is just 5 days ago. He meant I have to wait. On insisting he said resend the email requesting update on claim and you will get the reply. Today is 28th of August, It is almost a month now and the approval on claim has not been given. I don’t know when the actual work will start of fixing the car. For the 12 month insurance the car is standing at the body shop of service centre for almost a month.
Unable to do self inspection
I was unable to do the self inspection in your app. The image being recorded by the camera is shown upside down. But even then if you manage to finish the process it goes back to saying start inspection instead of showing the completion status. Then the remaining part of the review is more about the attitude of Tata AIG services, they can’t even send an agent for inspection since the vehicle is a second hand, nor will they even let you get it done by them, each time I call them I hear excuses. When I called up the branch last time, the security picked up the phone to say the line is busy.
