We have nearly 100+ policies linked to our id for vehicles. However, your app does not have the option to search, and we need to scroll down the entire portfolio every time. Why didn’t you give the option to search by vehicle number so that the app would be more user-friendly?

Pathetic service and Support

I was having my Health insurance in Bajaj from past 4 years and last year I have Ported in Tata AIG as per the discussion with the Sales person of Tata and I got ported because of the name of Tata group of companies and now in a my life first time I have registered one claim for my Child’s health issue and provided all the required documents on a time to the company and from past 23 days I’m not getting any update on my Claim. When ever I call to Customer support (I made almost 5-6 calls in last 23 days ) I always get the answer that your claim is under process and we will get back to you but I never received any call also haven’t received any mail or update. Today again I called to support team then the executive said we are having technical issue so can’t check and register your compliant. I have applied for the claim first time in my life after paying premiums for the last 5 years and this kind of support and service I’m getting from the well known Tata group. I suggest please think twice before purchasing any policy as we pay our hardworking money to the companies for our life and health security and the organisations are there to improve the new business only instead of providing the good service and to retain the customers. Thanks Tata AIG!

TATA AIG health insurance is worse service first of all most of the corporate hospital don't have tie up with it which ever have tie up with they says TATA AIG is the worse insurance policy and they ask for do you have any alternative insurance because TATA AIG will never give approval for any clam. I recently have to go for a surgery for my spin I have tried all major hospital in Bangalore to find cashless of TATA AIG every one said they don't have tie up with TATA AIG luckily I found one hospital and submitted my calm they rejected my calm by saying some reason I clarified that then they say another reason it went on and on for three days I finally realised that they will not give the clam no matter what I do even though I have the most premium policy.FINALI ONCE TATA IS ONLY FOR NAME THEY DON’T HAVE ANY ETHICAL VALUES AND THEY DON’T HAVE ANY COURTESY FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.SO MY SINCERE ADVICE DON’T GET CHEATED BY SEEING TATA NAME.

The claim I placed in the app disappears and appears automatically. The claim form download link does not download anything just gives message that the download is successful. The claim process is taking ages. I have placed the claim on 3rd of August 2023- and after various back and forth of email I called my surveyor today just to hear your last email is just 5 days ago. He meant I have to wait. On insisting he said resend the email requesting update on claim and you will get the reply. Today is 28th of August, It is almost a month now and the approval on claim has not been given. I don’t know when the actual work will start of fixing the car. For the 12 month insurance the car is standing at the body shop of service centre for almost a month.
