While creating a new claim the picture upload flow had bugs and I couldn’t load new images the app was requesting me to upload. I wasted so much time thinking it was my fault due to lack of network so I found a place with good internet, but alas…still not working… I had to cal Customer support to use an app (which defeats the purpose) they tell me that because I’m already in the location of the garage it was not allowing me to upload pics … which is stupid, but at least it should inform this to me in the UI. Next the track your claim steps is messed up… the self survey is showing empty but it has proceeded to next steps…the hi says Work order released but Honda Service centre has not received anything. I get fed up with the app and visit their website… which is worse… every time I click the button claims in policies…without me providing any info it creates a new claim for you. ACKO probably wants to boast that it has closed crores of claims. All I wanted to know is why it says Work order released but Honda has not received it. As a person claiming insurance for first time this app and their website was a nightmare.

I wish I could give them zero stars. My experience with Acko Drive has been nothing short of a scam. If you are looking for a transparent car-buying process, look elsewhere.The Issues:• Financial Mismanagement: During the process, they claimed a "system glitch" and forced me to pay extra, promising a full refund within 10 days. It has now been over 40 days since I took delivery, and I have not seen a single rupee.• The "Ghost" Executive: I was explicitly promised that an Acko executive would be present during the car delivery to assist with the process. No one showed up.• Payment Failures: My car delivery was actually put on hold by the dealership because Acko failed to clear the dues on time. It was incredibly embarrassing and unprofessional.• Zero After-Sales Support: Before I paid the booking amount, I was getting 5+ calls a day. The moment the invoicing was done, they vanished.• Broken Customer Service: Their "support" is a joke. Whenever I call to track my refund, the call miraculously gets disconnected, and they never bother to call back. Emails and follow-ups go completely ignored.The Verdict:I am now genuinely concerned about the validity of my insurance given how they handle their finances. This company is great at marketing but pathetic at execution and ethics. Do not trust their low-price claims—you will pay for it in mental agony and lost money.Save yourself the headache: Buy directly from a reputed dealer and stay away from this fraud.
