First of all - As this covid situation, many small industries moved to online methods to evolve business and sustain.
1) People already informed this app doesn’t reflect any latest changes like EMI, current principle, so on.
2) please add the feature pre-payment for the loan . Also add real time balance retrieval and supports !

App has got a decent makeover and is doing well
The app was quite bad in the past but of late seems to have received a good makeover and is working well and has been laid in a convenient way so that common queries are easily available and can be executed without undue hassles and too may steps . Good please keep improving and making it smoother and easier to access important information. The abilities to download statements and view or email them are good and appreciated improvements.
Worst App and service
Indeed the App is itself a joke. HDFC tricking their customers by playing with them. You can not see the outstanding amount, but have to request bank for same by filling the lengthy form. HDFC purposefully not making available the option to repay / prepayment and forcing their customer to visit the branch. Many customers find difficulties to spare / waste a working day/time to visit the branch. And then the savings diverted until they find the time to visit the branch. Here the HDFC’s trick works.
Also the bank doesn’t care the customers health by not making this facility available online in COVID situation.
