Best Fitness App
I like everything about this app. It’s free, no advertisements, very well organized, awesome workout tips and plans, video demonstration for all moves, voice guidance is clear and very helpful, you can play your own music through the app if you want, workouts available for all fitness levels, it adapts to your activity and your feedback regarding how hard the previous workouts were, it is very motivational, you can edit the schedule to fit your life, you don’t need any equipment, but if you have basic equipment that is fine too, etc. I can’t think of anything negative to say about the app. It really is awesome. I am 3 weeks in to the 4-week startup plan. I exercise 5 days a week and I actually look forward to it! Never in my life have I enjoyed working out. Now, I am loving it! I highly recommend this app.
I’ve been using this app for a day. Well...first of all, as soon as I opened the app I knew that this app is something special and it did really amaze me the whole time. I really loved the app and thank Nike team for coming up with such an app. It is a perfect app for people like me who can’t make it to the gym but want to stay fit. I really loved the exercises and the sync between the music and the app.
Everything was perfect until I noticed something which was a bit annoying. I enabled notifications for the app so that it could notify me about my personalised workout plan. I thought there would be a setting where you can set your workout timings so that the app notifies you about your workout plan at that time. But there’s no such option provided. Moreover, the app didn’t notify me anything about my plan the next day, that I should be doing my workout for the day. I was a bit annoyed about that. Last but not the least, my customised workout plan somehow got deleted and i had to set a new plan again which I found a bit irritating. Except these issues, everything was perfectly fine about the app and I love it for which I’m rating it 4/5.
