Nnnow is a home to brands whose products we have to search a lot for in the market at all times and usually they are not available. Even if we find these products by any chance then they are avaialable at such expensive rates that we have no choice but to use those products which are cheaper in price and maybe in quality as well. Along with giving us easy access to these brands, Nnnow also provides us with exciting discount coupons making these products more affordable for us.

Irresponsible! Cheat!

This has happened with me twice. I always go for prepaid orders. Once I ordered GAP t-shirt for men and got GAP leggings for girls size 10 years. But could return it and got the refund too.
But the second time I ordered for GAP leggings for 8 years girls and received the parcel in AJIO packing with some cheat t-shirt. I asked for a return. The guy came, checked the parcel, took and gave it back the next day saying it’s some different product so we can’t return. It’s been a month and I am writing emails and they are asking me to wait for 2-3 working days.
The customer care number doesn’t work most of the time. And when it works they give you the same reply.
Another order was prepaid and I didn’t receive it after a month. They told me we have cancel your order after my request. But still waiting for the refund after a month.
Never going to order from this. Everyone should be careful while they order. Instead there are many better options for Nnnow.

Pathetic customer service

There was no option of redeeming loyalty points, neither on app nor on website. I contacted customer service - 1. They said I need to have minimum threshold of loyalty points to redeem. But the website says otherwise - DUMB customer support people who dont even know the policies. 2. Called them again, Now they told me to email about it and expect the issue to be resolved in a week. - why not directly on call? And why such a long timeline? - ZERO CUSTOMER FOCUS 3. Called again, They put me on indefinite hold for no reason - MENTAL TORTURE 4. Called again, they simply said they don’t wanna help me and used some bad words - ABUSIVE AND HELLA RUDE Apart from Customer service, even store pickup orders take a week. Like why?? I can just go to store and buy it right away then why through app, it is whole different story? THE MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. If you want mental peace, just stay away from this app :)
