Not at all customer centric..Worst app

So i ordered a perfume for my mothers birthday..I got it in 2 days but the condition of the percume was horrible..the whole bottle was covered in fungus and the bottle was sticky and the smell of the perfume was foul..when i tried to search for the expiry date it wasn't mentioned on the box..Now when i spoke with the customer care for refund the asked me to write a mail..After 4 days i got a revert on the mail stating the want the pictures of the outer box..After which i got a call from the cs saying it will take 5 days as they will speak with the seller and then get back to me..I mean there are so many online shopping apps and if a product is damaged they first take the product give us our refund and then speak with the seller..But here they are making customers wait as if its our mistake the product they sent was damaged..The perfume was a expensive one so now my money is stuck with Tata people for over a week now..Horrible thing to do with your customers..I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE UNLESS YOUR READY TO BE BEHIND THEM TO GET YOUR OWN MONEY BACK..i will also write a whole review on the social media so that everybody is aware of youll fool people.

I bought couple of perfumes and fragrance stuff from online stores but found it counterfeit. This being a TATA and app being developed only for beauty products makes it easier for user to buy the products in not more than 5 minutes.
