Not a Great App For The Great Cinemas

Many times app gets crashed.
Can’t book tickets sometimes.
App gets slow most of the times.
Opened App but it shows to update, updated the app but still it shows to update, not opening...
Before the new features app was very good but after the new look and feel app crashes many times...

Very bad Customer Service

I booked 2 tickets in the app on Apr 20, 2023 in Novo App, amount was deducted and app failed to proceed further. I tried again and again it deducted the amount and failed like before. So QAR 140/- deducted. No feedback in form of SMS or email received for the failures. Tried calling and none responded. Again went to the web page loging in on PC and searched failed tickets and requested refund.

It is May 11 th 2023 today, till date iI would have called kore that 10 times to follow up the refund. Ibgot to speak only 2times and both time same answer, “WE SHALL LOOK INTO YOUR CASE AND RESOLVE” and no action, no response, no acknowledgment of any sort.

Since the day of Eid till today, it is 21 days and NOVO Cinema is silent. Luckily I spoke to Mr Ahmed, a Manager in one of the Mall and he has assured that he will give me promotional card to use for 1 year for the value of the refund amount.

Hence friends, it is your decision to use app to book, I shall always prefer to buy from counter, after this incident. I have not received the assured promise till but feel optimistic and hence I gave 1 Star.
