Request timed out
App taking too much time to load the timing of shows after selecting the movie
Please resolve.
Basics are missed; used to be a great app but not anymore
There are so many instances when I can see the movie but even then can’t book it as it shows an “oops” error. Recent example I can give is “Kee” movie. Choose any day and any show but can’t book it
Also, there are movies released and available in theatres but not seen on this app to book them. Recent example is “Kalank” which didn’t show up on your app 2nd or 3rd day of the release.
Coming to latest update.. change in background making it black colour meant that I can’t determine which shows are available and which are not.
Very bad experience
I tried to book for a movie and it’s showing error like - oops something went wrong. Same time my money was lost from my account when I call there call centre it was a awful replay from them . I called them continuously for four days to re book the same date but they couldn’t resolve the issue until now
