iPad 6th gen app 5.18 ios 12.0 not working properly
I sign in with my dual factor Okta authentication but after putting first password it prompted to enter the one time password of authentication but when I tap to text field no keyboard appear to enter the one time password
Unable to sign in successfully also same happens if i open we portal in safari browser
Please correct this as soon as
Okta opens web links in a browser despite app installed on device
Once I am logged into Okta, say I want to sign into Airtable, why does clicking on Airtable icon within Okta open Airtable mobile website instead of signing me into the iOS Airtable App?
Also, Okta’s browser is extremely sub par, slow and useless.

If you are assigned an app in Okta that has a native mobile app, you should be able to select the native app. Try holding down on the app icon and selecting to open in the native app. If you don't see the option for this, then please contact your IT Department and let them know, as this should be how it works but it would depend if your IT has configured it that way. Hopeless app
It signs you into its own inbuilt browser instead of safari or native app. Totally useless . I can login to okta via safari instead and get saml logins to all my apps instead of using this trash app
