OMRON connect 4+

Omron devices are excellent in tracking blood pressure and beneficial for hypertension patients. The App is equally nice and enables tracking - Just that if the device is equipped with a backup battery, one may not have to set date/time everytime.

The app is pretty nice and bp logbook is an awesome feature with engaging graphs which makes it easier to monitor your bo.
Auto syncing works pretty well.
The only drawback and deal breaker is that the app only supports single user which means you cannot keep track of other family members in the same app which is a simple feature and creating multiple profiles within an app is supported on almost all health devices. Omron says to install the app in each member’s device and then sync. Doing that way will pull all the readings olong with yours and hence you have to delete other memebers reading individually everytime you do the sync on all the devices.

I own a BP machine model BP-786 purchased in USA. I’m currently in India. This app does not list the country USA nor the device model that is own. That makes this app unusable for me. Omran must consider building the global catalog of all devices sold across all the countries. Also it MUST provide options for users to manually add devices they own so they can track the reading of BP and make best use of this app.

Hope some leader in Omron will consider my feedback and take required action to fulfill this request.
