Waste of money and time

I've invested in over 10 extended warranty cards for home appliances, yet three items encountered issues within the covered period. However, despite this, no device services were provided. Each time, they cited different invalid reasons: 1. For the water filter, they claimed an invalid address and contact, despite delivering the product to the correct address and using the provided contact number for updates. 2. Regarding the washing machine, they repeatedly said the part was unavailable. Eventually, they offered a paltry sum or a payout of only 65% of the cost, with no alternatives, before taking the machine. 3. Despite making numerous requests, technicians never showed up. They routinely canceled after a 3 to 4-day wait, sometimes rescheduling multiple times before canceling with flimsy excuses. This dragged on for 2 months, until the warranty expired. They even rejected our visit. In the end, it was a complete waste of money and time. I had to resort to seeking assistance from OneAssist.

It’s a big scam to cheat

I am not a first time customer to buy their service, but first time request for claim out our multiple phones. One thing their agents will never tell you that you have to pay 10% of your invoice amount as convenience charge for making a claim (instead it will be mentioned you will not be incurring charged blah - blah - blah) and since you are buying expensive iPhones u will immediately buy 1 (I was wrong all these years) While registering the phones we provide all information of the phone, invoice etc. But need to provide invoice again while uploading claim which may take time to find beyond 48hrs if it’s not the first year of your phone If the incident involves internal damage to your speaker / earphone which you don’t realise immediately and want to report it with incident, it will not be considered and claim will be rejected (solution to that don’t give them actual date, am sure they will have something else to that also) Customer care guys while uploading information in their guidance will not inform you of rules but yes it claim has to be rejected they will find even 1 hour delay in the process I will not recommend anyone to take their services unless you know you are a very rough user whose damage can be of beyond 25k at any time coz you spend 6k approx insurance amount + 6.5k to 14k convenience fee (depending on your phone) if you total this it is as good as paying iPhone to repair your phone Don’t buy, don’t buy, don’t buy

Now regretting for not checking the reviews in detail , feeling that I am trapped

As the people has mentioned in the reviews, when they call they give a very interesting offers and services by mouth,I took gadget services plan which covers service and repairs of home appliances, after I did book service for AC cleaning , but the response for this was made on third day asking the complaints, did clarify as cleaning service he assure that some one will contact me for the same, after waiting a week I got a call asking the model number of my AC , as I say I don’t know the model number he ask me to check the bill etc, but I really dont understand why this people need this much of time to ask the model number and what is the use of model number for making cleaning service or even it is necessary why this people can’t make the cleaning and collect the model number, this shows the attitude and service of the company am worried about by first experience as I have other two plans for iPhone and purifier too.. , when I try to contact their 24*7 assist no response as they are facing technical issues ,.
So people please aware before you buy, and the fun is the marketing lady still contact for other plan and when I say my concern she simply say No worry sir woh zarur ayega….!! Lekin Kab ?? Wa patha naheeee..😀😀💁
