Let's understand this with an example, assuming a personal loan of Rs. 50,000 with a 13% interest rate & a repayment tenure of 1 year. Here’s how your online loan disbursal amount would be calculated:
• Loan Amount - ₹50,000
• Tenure - 12 months
• Interest Rate - 13%
• EMI - ₹4,466
• Total Interest Payable - ₹4,466 x 12 months - ₹50,000 Principal = ₹ 3592
• Processing Fees (incl. GST) - ₹1179
• Disbursed Amount - ₹50,000 - ₹1,179 = ₹48,821
• Total Amount Payable - Principal + Interest + Processing Fees = ₹54,771
• Total Cost of the Loan = Interest Amount + Processing Fees = ₹3592 + ₹1179 = ₹4,771
*In case the loan is disbursed on or after the 6th of the month and your EMIs fall on the 5th of the month, there’s a gap of 29 days between your loan disbursal date & the first EMI. The interest rate charged for this period is called Broken Period Interest.

Five stars for the app; zero star for customer support

This app is no doubt a great app, works with absolute smoothness, no bugs. But their customer support is a nightmare. Firstly, getting connected to a representative is totally a good luck. Secondly, if connected to a representative, they take more than the time required to answer your queries. Also, their Twitter handle doesn't reply most of the times. Only, if it is an appreciation tweet, you will get reply very quickly. Else, any complaint tweet will go unanswered, or even unseen. They seriously need to look after their support system.

Unable to unregister, could be a scam

This app seems like a potential trap. Upon registering, I've been bombarded with numerous calls from OneCard aggressively promoting their credit card. Even on WhatsApp, their spam messages persist. Despite attempting to unregister within the app, the process proved convoluted—they created a ticket, only to cancel it a few days later, citing my alleged unreachability without any valid reason. The complexity involved in deleting an account raises suspicions.Adding to my concerns, I've observed an unexplained two-point drop in my credit score. Given that I haven't undertaken any new financial activities, I suspect the app may be continuously fetching my credit score, contributing to this unexpected decline. These experiences collectively contribute to my perception that this could be one of those financial scam apps frequently highlighted in the news.

Inconsistent contact details

I have only one number and I have my own house that is one. How is it inconsistent contact details. If so then how all my credit cards are paid every month. This is a creative idea of cibil and experian to put me down on the credit score. Fine if there is something send me an email with the inconsistent contact details which I provided.
