This is an application that you can use in conjunction with video intercom made by Panasonic.
You can answer to visitors by using the configured smartphone.
If the electric lock is connected, you can also unlock it.
Preparation before use
In order to use this application, you must have a Wi-Fi router with internet connectivity and a smart phone compatible with video intercom made by Panasonic.

Very poor system by Panasonic , not working properly at all. I have installed video door bell just fifteen days ago . No after sales service. Please help there are no alerts coming on iPhone after update done and neither is setting option working after the update
Team need urgent help facing issue on alerts since app upgrade . Please close the above
4 nov 2019 -Team after the last update 3 days back the setting option is working but cloud storage not working h and neither are any alerts coming
7 Nov 2019 - the issue of alerts continues in particular for “ bell activity” . The video is getting stored but no alert coming . The app now has only 2 options - silent or call in . No option for just “ notifications” . All the above issues are being faced on IOS based app .
