Khalid was the enginner who help in fitting of the washing machine. The person was good. However when checked the Application. Post downloading the app the product 7.5Kg fully automatic washing machine is not getting configured.
Need help from the team the fix the same

Recently, I purchased a 43” LED TV, which came with a standard one-year warranty and a promotional two-year warranty due to a festive offer. I was advised to buy an additional two-year extended warranty, totaling five years of coverage. However, the app only displays a one-year promotional warranty instead of the promised two years.

After contacting customer service, they collaborated with the backend team, but the app still shows only one year of promotional warranty. For the past two weeks, customer service has reached out to me every alternate days sometime multiple times in a day to confirm that the promotional warranty is visible in their system, but it is not reflected in my app, preventing me from purchasing the extended warranty.

Multiple times I have shared the screenshot via email to customer service, showing only the one-year promotional warranty alongside the one-year regular warranty being shown in the app. I also logged out and logged in to the app as advised, but the issue persists. It seems that whatever updates the backend team has made in your system are not being accurately reflected in my app.

I am absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed at the attitude of Panasonic’s Service team and their attitude. I bought this A/C in August 2021 and since then inspite of booking a service request on four different occasions, the service has not been done even once since it’s installation and surprisingly your service team on their own either cancel the request or closes the request as executed without visiting the site. There is no way that you can reach the concerned Sales team at Panasonic to address your grievance. The staff at your local Zirakpur office/franchisees are so rude and disrespectful and shut down the phone on your face if you wish to enquire about something.
I had never ever anticipated that this is what I will have to go through after buying a Panasonic product. Could someone guide me for the solution to this or will I have to go to the Consumer Court for my redressal? I am shocked and absolutely disappointed.
