Fully Automactic machine 7.5Kg
Khalid was the enginner who help in fitting of the washing machine. The person was good. However when checked the Application. Post downloading the app the product 7.5Kg fully automatic washing machine is not getting configured.

Panasonic Split A/C
I am absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed at the attitude of Panasonic’s Service team and their attitude. I bought this A/C in August 2021 and since then inspite of booking a service request on four different occasions, the service has not been done even once since it’s installation and surprisingly your service team on their own either cancel the request or closes the request as executed without visiting the site. There is no way that you can reach the concerned Sales team at Panasonic to address your grievance. The staff at your local Zirakpur office/franchisees are so rude and disrespectful and shut down the phone on your face if you wish to enquire about something.
I had never ever anticipated that this is what I will have to go through after buying a Panasonic product. Could someone guide me for the solution to this or will I have to go to the Consumer Court for my redressal? I am shocked and absolutely disappointed.
Be careful wiz
I was thrilled with this app. It added both an Air conditioner and microwave. I nearly bought a Panasonic fridge because the app was so friendly.
So friendly that I took amc for both equipment via the app. Just 3 days after one year I booked a routine service for the AC via the app.
The technician told me that some Moto had to be replaced for which I have to pay because it is out of warranty. A part failed 368 days after purchase. The warranty taken via ecarewiz could not be located in the technicians office.
I lost money on two AMCs and a possibly refurbished air conditioner.
