Cannot select options in service calculator

The app is not fluid. While trying to use service calculator, I could not select the city first as the drop down did not show anything at all. May be it was loading. Then I could see and select the city, but after waiting for a long time and allowing the app to load as well could not select the type of service as the drop down showed blank. I used iOS

Honda service centre review bopal ambli Ahmedabad

Every time I feel bad experience. I have done following services 1000 km, 5000 km , 10k, 20k and 30k km. Total 5 services done by honda service center Bopal ambli. First 4 services I feel car to dirty and they not clean properly. Every time disappointed from staff. While they calling for feedback and I told about not properly clean my car they replied come again and our team clean again. Really we have no time for this foolish things. Every time go for service center. Remove all rubbish staff they not clean car properly. Second things about wheel balancing and alignment They not do their work about balancing and alignment. And taking higher charge almost double charge. I have experience wheel position never change just take money. Third things about In my fifth service they take extra charge of ac evaporation cleaning which really not required. Honda staff did intentionally for money. Forth things I have to remove my map sd card on every service They said our helper or worker working in service center they all are thief 😞 so remove gps sd card We are not responsible. Fifth things Insurance cashless service take 7 days for claim. Take too much time for small tinny works.

Released in a hurry

I’m not sure what was the hurry in releasing this app without proper testing. 1. This is not an upgrade to the existing app which was pretty decent so you’ll have to install an all new app and repeat the registration process all over 2. The interface and registration process is really painful and buggy. First time after entering my car details there was a DB connect error. Then there was a error on incorrect value which apparently was a leading white space. It took a while without any feedback to know that I’m done with the registration and see the landing page. The OTP verification screen doesn’t read the msg automatically on iPhone and display it. Instead the same OTP is shown on the car details page. All the details we entered in the previous app is gone. Please take some time and fix all the issues.
