Needs More Improvement
Map shows different Address while I order for food.I think pathao should fix its map properly.
Needs accuracy
Today I encountered a peculiar situation. When requested a ride, the fare was shown 245tk which is pretty usual. As my phone was running out of juice, I kept mobile data turned off whilst riding. Having reached my destination I went on checking the fare to be sure. Then there came the irony. It showed that I only traveled 0.25km and I owed 30tk. If there was some other type of guy it could get really hairy. Besides, the rider mentioned a few scenarios where it didn’t favor the riders at all and some of them wound up paying double or triple the fare. Now, we’ve been very kind towards Pathao because it began with the like of us but this bug needs some serious attention.
Too much cancellations
I’m one of their regular passenger of this type of services that i won’t deny but the issue pathao create most of the time been harassing general student like me .likewise whenever i get a ride at the very beginning they will ask me about my location then how long i will take so many questions i had to answer after then comes the real conundrum where canceling my ride is become usual status quo for them . And my quagmire is why don’t they ask about my choice and they way i would really prefer not the way used to it which absolutely wrong . Just cut to the chase instead of making some noisome taking with your sagacious customers. Time is very precious. father or brother whoever it is .
